ROMANS 7:1

A quick thought, I read this morning from www.theberean.org

Romans 7:1 says,  Or do you not know, brethren (for I speak to those who know the law), that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives?

In this verse, Paul explains how the law has "power" over a human being only while he lives. He means the law has power to condemn us as a sinner and, consequently, condemn us to death only as long as we are alive. Once we have died (in Christ), the penalty for sin has been paid, and the law has no more power to condemn us.

Join me this morning in praising God for sending His son to die a brutal death for me.  There is no other way to the Father.
